If you run a team, a business, or an organization of any kind, you're going to need a Tom Brady on your team in order to achieve the level of success you believe your team is capable of.
I'm not talking about a tall, ridiculously good-looking guy who is arguably the greatest living American. That's not what you need, although probably wouldn't hurt.
I mean, you need someone who's highly skilled, works extremely hard, is coachable, and is completely bought into your vision for your organization. When Brady played for the Patriots, head coach Bill Belichick would coach Tom harder than anyone on the team and in front of the entire team, even though he was their best player and had already won multiple championships (six with the same team, but who's counting?).
When you have this dynamic in your organization where your top player is willing to be coached and is always striving to improve, it sets the tone for everyone else. It gets everyone thinking if it works for our best player or best manager or best salesperson or whoever that lead domino is on the team, then it'll work for me too. They're more successful than I am, so who am I to argue with?
A system that clearly works is the most effective way to create a winning culture in an organization because it allows the leader full freedom to coach everyone up to be their best.
